Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention strategies take a holistic approach to assessing your “limiters” and other sticking points that could be causing biomechanical issues. We utilize a full-body assessment to show how you move as an athlete and where there might be issues with those movement patterns. From this, we develop an at-home guide that will address your current issues as well as compliment your current training load.
Biomechanical Assessment - $200

90 minute in-person session with Noah
Includes:
Pre-session questionnaire to gather injury history and athlete concerns.
Gait and bike-fit analysis.
Personalized at-home guide with daily routines that address your limitations/biomechanical concerns. Delivered via email within a week of assessment session.
A follow-up meeting to review the results of the assessment as well as discuss the personalized exercise routines.
Scheduled check-in’s as needed for one week. We want you to feel comfortable with the plan and knowledgeable about the exercises so feel free to ask as many questions as you want!
Injury Prevention Plan Extensions
These sessions build on your initial biomechanical assessment. While we hope the first session caught all of the problems that you were dealing with at that particular time, we recognize that nothing lasts forever and new issues arise that might need more attention.
These sessions are priced on an individual basis. Sometimes it is as simple as a quick chat session to work out a small issue, other times we will need to start back at square one. Contact Peduzzi Performance today to get started!
