Whether you are introducing a strength program into your endurance plan for the first time or you want to try a stand-alone program to incorporate into your off-season, you will see tremendous benefits in all areas of your training and your life!

 

Self-Guided Programs

  • $100 for one, eight-week plan of your choice.

  • Three plan styles to choose from based on what you have available to you. Whether you have a full gym at your disposal or you are stuck at home in quarantine with nothing but a yoga mat, our programs will fit your needs!

  • Available in beginner, intermediate, and advanced options to accommodate all levels of ability.

  • Great option for athletes looking to incorporate a simple strength program into their season.

Personalized Programs

  • $120 per month. After the first 2 months, cancel any time

  • Recommended for athletes who are new to strength training and/or who are getting back into strength training post-injury.

  • Includes pre-consult questionnaire

  • Includes initial consult to ascertain the appropriate level of strength training to prescribe.

  • Weekly check-ins for the first month, bi-weekly check-ins after the first month.

Add-On Plan

  • $50 per month

  • This option is for athletes who have already purchased 1-on-1 endurance training plans.
