Self-Guided Programs
$100 for one, eight-week plan of your choice.
Three plan styles to choose from based on what you have available to you. Whether you have a full gym at your disposal or you are stuck at home in quarantine with nothing but a yoga mat, our programs will fit your needs!
Available in beginner, intermediate, and advanced options to accommodate all levels of ability.
Great option for athletes looking to incorporate a simple strength program into their season.
Personalized Programs
$120 per month. After the first 2 months, cancel any time
Recommended for athletes who are new to strength training and/or who are getting back into strength training post-injury.
Includes pre-consult questionnaire
Includes initial consult to ascertain the appropriate level of strength training to prescribe.
Weekly check-ins for the first month, bi-weekly check-ins after the first month.
Add-On Plan

This option is for athletes who have already purchased 1-on-1 endurance training plans.
